    As for the first two items I checked them out, thanks for restocking.

    As for the two Action items. I'm unable to obtain a account on yahoo.jp due that I cannot register an account there since I have not a kanji writing on my system.
    As far for the bidding I would like to have a maximum bid of $25 for each of those items.
    Please inform me if possible.

    If we win the bid with minimum bid, it will be $26.67 "(400+2000)/90". Is it OK that you mean that your max bid is $50 "($25=2000 + 400)/90"?
