If someone asks me what kind of game is Project SEKAI? I would explain it as a rhythm music game to play to VOCALOID’s music! Its service began in September 2020, and recently had its 2nd year anniversary! Those of you reading this article, your favorite VOCALOID songs may also be available to play in Project SEKAI~!

What’s the story like for Project SEKAI COLORFUL STAGE!?

“One more time” with the power of music! A story of young adult’s growth who connect in the worlds of reality and virtual!
Staged in a Tokyo city, Shibuya.
In the city of Shibuya with active subculture, there was a young girl who was looking up at the large screen at the intersection.
In the screen, there is Hatsune Miku, a virtual singer.
“Miku is so amazing. She can be anything (any form)......”
“Upon returning home, when the girl looks at her phone, she realizes that there is a somehow a new song titled ‘Untitled.’ She plays the song despite her confusion, then she is wrapped in white light, and finds herself in an unknown place.
“Welcome to Sekai!”
Standing there in the virtual world was Hatsune Miku!? Miku smiles to the confused girl and says:
“Sing with me!”
A unique virtual space “Sekai” that forms as a product of someone’s thoughts. Boys and girls that are led to the space ends up facing their inner “dreams” and “desires.”

The story itself is pretty standard and of youth / school life. Members in each unit ends up solving various troubles through the virtual world “Sekai”! The 5 units that appear in the story each has different personalities but are having difficulty with their current situations! And basically, they resolve it in “Sekai!

A band unit consisting of childhood friends who reunited despite past misunderstandings.
