Yes! Whether you know about it or not, Comiket will be held shortly! Comiket is a major event for Otaku intended for socialization among fans through various events like Doujinshi sales, cosplay and such! When there is a Comiket, all sorts of Doujinshi get released!

Now, there’s something special about Comiket compared to typical Doujinshi event in Japan! It’s that since it’s a seriously large-scale Doujinshi event, occasionally, artists and illustrators also release Doujinshi!

For example! Illustrators who designed the characters for not-just Japan-wide, but world-wide famous Vtuber group, hololive......

There has been times in the past where Doujinshi was released by the illustrator who designed Nijisanji characters too! The content of Doujinshi differs per illustrator, but some of them will have special illustrations of their designed characters’ candid shots and non-official images! So definitely check to see if your favorite illustrators are releasing Doujinshi at Comiket!
