    Hi,

    is the contract price the price the item sells for? So for example it would be (1500+2000)/90 and the result is in USD, right?
    If that is the case, i'd like to bid on it with my max bid being 3,000 JPY.

    You're right.
    If the contract price is 1,500 JPY, the total price will be (1500 +2000) /90 =38.89 USD.

    We made payment page for min-bid.
    After your payment, we will bid on it up to 3,000 JPY.
    When we win the auction, we will ask you the difference if there is.
    Also, when we lose it, we will refund you.
