Great packaging, the small gift and introductory letter was a nice touch, only complant was that probably my email adress wasnt included on the package, as such the czech post had to send a physical letter to my adress with a link to clear customs.

Overall great nothing wrong with the services at all would recommend for the physical enjoyer for sure

got the product I ordered albeit slower than I would have liked however many factors could have played a roll in speed of delivery such as the Visa/Mastercard and PayPal situation or the content I was purchasing. I'm just happy I could get updates on the handling process and the shipping and I got what I payed for in good condition.

I was very pleased with my order. My items were packed well and in great condition when I received them. The time to ship was reasonably quick, so I had no issue there. Prices were a tad high, but considering the quality of service and the extensive selection I think it was worth it. I also love the extra gift charm added to my order, especially since it is one of the characters from the books in my order and one of my all time favorite characters! That extra was very thoughtful, so thank you very much for that. I will happily shop with you again, especially for older books and merch that are a bit harder to find.
