Coming from a long time SoftCharm fan, this is one of my favorites!!!!

First off, the customer service was absolutely incredible. They got back to you within an hour to two hours with the answer to your problem and or a solution. I also noticed that I had done free shipping and that did not have tracking, so I email them asking them if I could get a return or if I could send them extra money because they haven't shipped it yeah, and so they said yes, in turn I was emailed a PayPal request for $10, which was the original shipping and out for tracking and insurance from DHL and my card didn't go through on PayPal and I had told the customer service for that and I was pretty bummed out, and they turned around and said "you know what? you got it. you have the express shipping". & I think that was the coolest thing any Internet customer service/support!!

Last but not least, over the years I have read this, Wonder Square and Lifeforms enough that even though I'm still learning Japanese... still felt 100 confident ordering these because I know I would not just be looking at the pictures, but rather I'd be knowing EXACTLY WHAT each and every character is saying!!!
