Konnichiwa everyone! This is Nozaki from Doujin Republic! Are you all watching the 2022 Fall anime~!? There is many good watch-worthy anime, don’t you think? I feel like I’m following the highest number of works this season in 2022...... (Though I might always be saying this).
Well! For today’s article, I’m thinking of reviewing the 1st season and the plotline of a “special work” that’s currently acclaimed for the on-air 2nd season!
This is one of the rare among the fall anime, (probably) love...... romance? comedy work, so if you have not seen it, please check out this article before watching!

The fall anime work featured today is “Uzaki-chan wa Asobitai!” Its anime first season was aired in 2020, and anime 2nd season has been on air since October 2022!
A love comedy with a very cute and slightly “annoying (uzai)” junior!
Based on popular comics that sold more than 2 million copies!
It’s based-off of a manga that was serialized in 2017! Including the electronic version, it’s a love comedy manga that’s sold more than 2.4 million copies...... and here is a rough description of the plot!

This is what Uzaki-chan wa Asobitai! is about!

“Senpai!”
The season is spring.
A college student Sakurai Shinichi is stopped by a newly entered student.
This new student is his junior from his high school extracurricular team, Uzaki Hana.
Happy about the reunion, the 2 gets into a conversation.
Shinichi and Hana were both in the high school swim team, so they talk about how there is no swim team in college, and how they’d want to try new things as college students, etc...... And then they part. But,
Uzaki-Chan attends the college for a year, occasionally seeing Shinichi. But...... one day, she finally realizes.
“Senpai, has no friends......!!!”
Then, the spring when Shinichi became 3rd year in university and Uzaki-chan a 2nd year, the two meet again.
“Are you a loner today again? Senpai! I guess I have no choice but to hang out with you! C’mon! Say goodbye to a loner university life!”
And this is how the noisy days of diligent-but-has-0-friends Shinichi and energetic-bright-and-slightly-“uzai” (annoying) Uzaki-chan started!

Anime 1st season is a story of spring to summer!
Anime 2nd season currently on air is a story leading up to the fall Culture Festival!

In the anime’s first season, the story told the two reuniting after advancing to new academic standings and their time together from spring to summer! The first season introduces rather important characters like Uzaki-chan’s family and Shinichi’s co-workers, so if possible, it’s better to watch from the anime 1st season!
The story isn’t that complex, and it’s an easy-watch anime, so if you want to enjoy a ‘lively love comedy,’ check it out along with anime 2nd season!
